“Hardening begins at the roots. In silence, the foundations are set.”
The open source version of the DeadSwitch Vault Minimal Pack is now live.
🌀 GitHub Repo:
This repository includes six hardened Ansible roles designed to strip away insecure defaults, enforce system discipline, and lay the foundation for a hardened Linux machine. This is the same code that powers my own systems – the difference? The Pro tier evolves from here in the shadows.
Roles Included:
vault-unsafe-packages– purge legacy and insecure packagesvault-password-policy– enforce password complexityvault-services-minimal– disable default attack surfacesvault-fs-harden– secure file system permissionsvault-ssh-harden– tighten SSH settingsvault-sysctl-harden– kernel-level system hardening
💡 Why Open Source?
Because resistance starts with trust, transparency, and tactical infrastructure anyone can build on.
This is the foundation.
The Pro tier grows in silence.
